Chhattisgarh Professional Examination
Board (CGPEB), Government of Chhattisgarh has announced notification for
conducting Chhattisgarh State Teacher Eligibility Test (CGTET) 2017 to
select Teachers for Classes I-V (Primary Level), Classes VI-VIII (Upper
Primary Level). Eligible candidates may apply online from 07-11-2017
(Tuesday) to 27-11-2017 (Monday) till 11:59 PM. Other details like age

CG TET Exam Eligibility Details:
Name of the Examination: Chhattisgarh State Teacher Eligibility Test (CGTET)

Educational Qualification:
For Classes I-V (Primary Level): Candidates should
possess Higher Secondary & 02 years D.El.Ed/ H.Sc. (or Equivalent)
& 04 years B.El.Ed/ Degree with D.El.Ed.
For Classes VI-VIII (Upper Primary Level):
Candidates should possess Degree with 02 years D.El.Ed/ Degree with
B.Ed./ Higher Secondary with 04 years B.El.Ed/ Degree with B.Ed (Special
Education).
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination consists of Paper I & Paper II.
Exam Fee: Candidates
have to pay Rs. 350/- (Rs. 600/- for Two Exam Papers) for General, Rs.
250/- (Rs. 400/- for Two Exam Papers) for OBC, Rs. 200/- (Rs. 300/- for
Two Exam Papers) for SC/ ST/ PH Candidates, Fee can be pay through Net
Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card (ATM Card) by ICICI bank, HDFC bank
& SBI bank.

from 07-11-2017 (Tuesday) to 27-11-2017 (Monday) till 11:59 PM.

3. Read all the instructions & Fill all the details.
4. Check the details, submit the form & then note down the registration number.
5. Upload the scanned photograph, signature & pay the examination fee.
6. Now candidates should revisit the website and take printout of Confirmation page for future purpose.
